Raised by the youth theatres of London, Rey is a queer lighting designer with experience in and love for every part of theatre — from on stage to backstage to in the audience. Having fallen in love with London’s fringe scene, they’ve found themselves an all-round tech, delighting in bringing a director’s vision onto a stage, bringing that shared passion to every show, finding himself travelling further and further.
Rey brings with him the philosophy and vision of the company, pushing to voice queer and minority led shows, opening up the theatre tech industry.

Coming first from the music industry, Imran launched onto the theatre scene on the West End, interning at Theatre Royal Haymarket and working up to a no. 1 operator on Beckett’s Waiting for Godot. There he fell not just for operating but carpentry and crewing to, bringing that precision to all his work. His perspective of such a range of show sizes offers him the freedom to bring innovation to his fringe work.
Imran brings with him the power behind the company; he can be found all across London, offering the insights of some of theatre’s greatest creatives and advice to anyone he finds.
