Our focus is community and support. We strive to enable theatre technicians to create their best work through offering a safety net that’s often missing in freelance work. By working with us, you gain access to a collection of perks: escaping admin, replacements when you’re sick and immediate payments. Our aim is to offer this support with minimal drawbacks, refusing to caveat with non-competes or exclusivity.
Matchtechs is held together by a high bar of quality. The work we offer productions merits our high rates, allowing us to support our team. Hard work is all we ask for.
